Public Call for Co-financing Participation in International Trade Fairs

Purpose and Subject of the Call

The goal of this public call is co-financing the costs associated with individual company participation in international trade fairs. This aims to improve opportunities for presenting products and services to the international business community and increasing business collaboration with foreign partners. Additionally, it seeks to strengthen international competitiveness and enhance the degree of internationalization of companies.

Eligible Applicants

• Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• Business entities, sole proprietors, cooperatives
• Companies with at least one employee

Eligible Costs

For international trade fairs abroad:

• Rental costs for exhibition space
• Costs for setting up and arranging the exhibition space
• Costs for technical connections
• Costs for managing the exhibition space
• Costs for exhibition equipment

For international trade fairs in the Republic of Slovenia:

• Rental costs for an unfurnished exhibition space in a hall (per square meter)
• Rental costs for outdoor exhibition space (per square meter)
• Costs for arranging exhibition space in a hall (per square meter)
• Registration fees and listing in the exhibitors’ catalog for the trade fair

Co-financing Amount

A lump sum amount per unit (exhibition space), depending on the size of the rented exhibition space at the selected fair.

Special Conditions

• The participation in the fair must not be completed before the application is submitted to the public call.
• The applicant must participate as an independent exhibitor.
• The exhibition space at an international fair must be at least 5 m².
• The trade fair must be listed in the AUMA or JETRO fair database.
