We inform you that new invitations to tender by the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton have been officially published. They refer to the allocation of non-refundable incentive funds for the economy in 2025.
These support programs are intended for:
- Women entrepreneurs;
- Newly established companies (2024 and 2025);
- Entities that have invested in technological modernization, quality standardization, and digitalization of business;
- New investments in technological modernization and implementation of quality standards;
- Commercial banks for the purpose of selecting a bank to distribute subsidized loan funds.

Invitation to Tender by the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton – women’s entrepreneurship development

| Who can apply? | A commercial bank that submits an offer in accordance with this invitation to tender and meets the following conditions: • Capital adequacy as of 31 December 2024 is greater than or equal to 15% • Total capital as of 31 December 2024 is greater than or equal to BAM 100,000,000 • Not subject to bankruptcy or liquidation proceedings, and not in the process of ceasing business activities in accordance with applicable laws in Bosnia and Herzegovina • Fulfills all other formal and technical requirements of the invitation |
| Financial framework | • Total planned amount of funds (limit) for interest rate subsidy: BAM 2,000,000 • The subsidy applies to an interest rate of up to 3.0% under this invitation to tender • Distribution of funds among selected banks: The highest-ranked bank is entitled to 60% of the funds The second-ranked bank is entitled to 40% of the funds |
