Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the European Union have a renewed opportunity to obtain non-repayable funds for the protection of intellectual property rights. The European Commission, in cooperation with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and national offices, including the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office, is once again accepting applications for intellectual property vouchers.
After a short break, three vouchers have been made available to SMEs as of September 16, 2024:
- Voucher 1 – IP Scan Enforcement: Consulting on the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
- Voucher 2 – Trademarks and Designs.
- Voucher 3 – Patents.
Companies can apply for vouchers through EUIPO until the funds are exhausted or no later than December 6, 2024.
For more information on the application process and conditions, visit the EUIPO website or contact our advisors.
