SERBIA: We would like to inform you regarding option on return of higher payed contributions for compulsory social security for 2017, in accordance with article 66. of the Law on contributions for compulsory social insurance.
Tax payer of contributions for whom contributions have been paid in excess of the amount higher than 3.793.175 RSD (determined by the highest annual contribution base for 2017), shall be entitled to refund of the higher amount of the paid contribution.
