What can business and financial consultants do for my business?
We offer a wide variety of business and financial services. Our field of expertise is debt financing. In the process of acquiring financing we prepare a business and financial plans, that help potential investors and banks. We prepare a complete proposal for an optimal transaction structure and carefully evaluate all financing providers and investors.
Why should I have a business plan?
A business plan is very important. You can use it in many different scenarios but it is the most important for acquiring debt or other forms of financing. Through a properly built business plan the investor sees you vision, planning skills and the potential threats that your business may have.
The structure and content of a business plan must be adapted to the specific needs of the purpose for its preparation. If you need a business plan, you can trust our employees to make a professional and a high quality business plan.
How do you price consultancy services?
We charge an hourly rate. If there is a more time consuming task we can agree on a special hourly rate.
Do you also advise in financial and operational restructuring?
Yes, we offer support for financial and operational restructuring, which includes measures of out-of-court (voluntary) restructuring and measures within the framework of insolvency legislation (preventive restructuring, compulsory settlement).
We prepare detailed strategies and plans for optimal restructuring, consultations and overall support regarding the proposals and completing the disinvestment process. We advise our clients and manage all restructuring procedures until the transaction in finalised.
